Early Career – Development and Career Coaching Programmes

Are you 3-10 years into your career and...

As a career coach I will help you...

Coaching vs Mentoring?

Coaching is a future-focused development process. Coach partners with you in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximise your personal and professional potential. A coach guides the coaching conversation, challenges and encourages. Acts as a thinking partner and mirror for you, while you come out with your own answers and actions.

Mentoring is also a development process and a learning partnership, where mentor acts as an experienced and trusted advisor, someone who has been “there” before and is able to pass on skills, knowledge and insights.

Do not worry if you are unsure which development approach is more suitable for you. Let’s talk and we would figure it out.

Having concluded that instead of competing with others and climbing the career ladder, I rather support others grow and progress, every year, I offer pro-bono mentoring/coaching to 2-3 young professionals with leadership potential. Check Contact section or reach out to discuss your development needs and my availability.

What My Clients Say:

It has been fantastic to have my sessions with Diana alongside a transition into a new role; it has provided me with a sounding board for my ideas and challenged me to put a structure to the plan that has specific actions. Diana has helped me to come up with the message I want to put across to the team and how best to approach them which has led to seeing very quick improvements. Having an external mentor has really helped me to get away from my current way of thinking and look at the process more objectively. It has given me the confidence to take my plan forward and to make some bold changes within the business.

The process has enabled me to reflect on my current objectives and stay focused on what it is that really matters to me, providing a clear mindset and plan for a sustainable growing future. .
